Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance instantly in normal operating conditions. For international card transactions, your card issuer's standard cross-border or foreign transaction fees may apply — 4777bdt1 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by any verified account holder whose real-money balance meets or exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000 BDT. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.

Typical withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours of approval; Rocket and Upay withdrawals within 4–12 hours; Visa and Mastercard withdrawals within 3–5 business days. These timelines are indicative and may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Real-money funds that have not been subject to at least one wager on the Platform may be subject to an administrative review before being approved for withdrawal.
• 4777bdt1 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 BDT in a single transaction or ৳200,000 BDT in any 30-day rolling period.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only winnings generated from eligible gameplay after completing wagering requirements are available for withdrawal from bonus balances.

Bonus Terms & Wagering

4777bdt1 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional conditions stated in the specific promotion's individual terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

5.1 Claiming Bonuses

Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. A player may not claim the same welcome bonus more than once, regardless of whether a new account is created. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on 4777bdt1 carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms:

• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• The standard wagering requirement for free spin winnings is 25x the winnings amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unmet wagering requirements will expire along with any associated bonus funds at the end of this period.

5.3 Bonus Conditions

4777bdt1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes made after the bonus was credited. However, 4777bdt1 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events — including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day (16 December), and BPL season launches — may carry unique terms. These will be published prominently alongside the relevant promotion.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 4777bdt1, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not harm other users, the Platform, or the integrity of any game or betting market. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating any other individual during registration or at any point during account usage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, exploit a bonus, or artificially influence betting market positions.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not authorised by 4777bdt1 to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, bKash, Nagad, or any other payment provider for deposits that were legitimately processed by 4777bdt1. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action to recover the disputed amount.

4777bdt1 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 4777bdt1 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is either owned by 4777bdt1 or licensed to 4777bdt1 by its respective Game Providers and content partners. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from 4777bdt1 without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use 4777bdt1's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written consent.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 4777bdt1

4777bdt1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements (including age under 18).
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

A 4777bdt1 account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 4777bdt1 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 BDT (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the user. Dormant accounts may be reactivated by logging in and completing a re-verification step.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may request the permanent closure of your 4777bdt1 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@4777bdt1 or via live chat. Before processing a closure request, 4777bdt1 will confirm that there are no pending bets, active bonus wagering requirements, or pending withdrawal requests associated with the account. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4777bdt1 and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Technical errors, server downtime, connection failures, or software bugs that interrupt gameplay or delay transaction processing.
• Losses incurred as a result of betting or casino gaming activity conducted on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

• Any decision made by 4777bdt1 in relation to the voiding of bets, game round disputes, or bonus adjustments, where such decision is made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

4777bdt1 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access to some or all services. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance via the Platform or registered email.

Nothing in this section shall limit 4777bdt1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

4777bdt1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date on which the most recent version of the Terms came into force. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and to remain aware of any updates. Continued use of 4777bdt1 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.3 above. 4777bdt1 will process any remaining real-money balance in your account in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 4.2.
